Positive Self-Isolation Habits To Boost Manifesting Power

Positive Self-Isolation Habits To Boost Manifesting Power

We have all felt the effects of quarantining and self-isolation by now. Have you ever found yourself struggling? Does the anxiety get to you?

Do you find yourself arguing with your spouse more? Are the kids driving you mad? Do you find that you’re running out of ideas to cope with everything?

Mental health is extremely important, especially in times of isolation. Everyone is in fight or flight mode. Staying at home isolated causes stress levels to rise.

It’s time to make a conscious effort towards alleviating the tension and difficulty within ourselves. What is self-isolation if we can’t have a little self-care after all?

Luckily there are many powerful ways that we can overcome the effects of self-isolation and boost our manifesting power so that we can still be productive.

Self-Isolation Doesn’t Have To Be So Isolating

What is self-isolation?

Simply put, this is staying at home while isolating ourselves from the outside world.

Therefore, feeling lonely during this time is quite normal.

Though many of us have company within our living areas, we can become bored easily and long for different energies and distractions. Humans are naturally social creatures.

Without the ability to be out in public, see family, socialize with friends, we have to get more creative to stay connected.

Luckily in this modern age, technology gives us this ability.

To stay at home and to social distance, it’s important to start doing activities to top being so isolated.

Stay Connected

If you haven’t harnessed technology to stay connected yet, it’s time to do so. Other people will help you keep a fresh perspective while self-isolating.

You will realize you’re not alone in all this and other people can empathize with everything you’re going through. Other people with kids and other people with annoying roommates perhaps?

Other people who can relate. Share your stories and try to garner a good sense of humor. It naturally helps lift your mood.

Using your phone you can easily facetime with other people. This is accomplished easily with your phone, tablet, or desktop. Skype, Facebook messenger, and even WhatsApp will connect you for free.

Zoom is also free and is helping people stay connected for free from everywhere in the world.

When we stay connected we feel a sense of normalcy set in again. You stop feeling lonely and increase your endorphins giving us those “happy feelings” again.

Discover Positive Communities Online To Get Involved With

Nowadays you can connect with many different types of groups online. The most common sites are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin.

There are social groups on nearly any topic you can think of. There are hundreds of categories to choose from such as: Healthy eating, diet, exercise, business, money, manifesting, yoga, meditation, comedy, parenting, motivational, cooking, politics, investing, gaming, juicing, sewing, etc.

Whatever you’re interested in you can find.

It might be a great way to just start a new hobby and find new and creative ways to garner more stay-at-home activities. It’s also possible to make friends through these groups.

If you happen to hit it off with anyone, in particular, you can always set up private video chats on Zoom meetings. You can even enjoy group chats there as well.

The sky's the limit, so get online, get going, and find your own group today.

Share Love

If you’re lucky enough to have people in your life that you can reach out to, then you should be doing this. Sharing love with your friends and family is the best way of maintaining emotional stability.

Now is a great time to reach out to old friends as well and improve your relationships by understanding the 5 love languages. We have fewer distractions and more time, so it's good to focus on the relationship aspect of your life.

Is there someone you’ve been thinking about and been meaning to reach out to? Are there family members you haven’t talked to in a long time?

When we share the love we’re connecting to the universal vibrational soul of the universe. Our lives feel more meaningful and full of joy. At the end of our lives before we pass to the next life we won’t be thinking about our ambitions, or investments, or our house.

We’ll be thinking about the people who love us and who love us back. Take this time to share the love.

Positive Habits For Social Isolation

Right now we’re dealing with self-isolation as well as social isolation.

Whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert, feeling lonely can sink in for everybody.

Even being out in the streets, in a restaurant, or at a concert can give us some sense of social engagement.

Social interaction doesn’t always necessarily mean talking to others. It just means being part of a vibrant community.

Feeling the positive vibration of the human experience with other people around.

There are many practices we can do that have that same sense of positive reinforcement and fullness while in quarantine. They’re all about empowering your mind and your environment.

These are activities that you can do right away to start getting on the right track to good habits for self-isolation.

Practice Mindfulness

If you haven’t heard of mindfulness before, it’s a practice used by millions to bring more peace and tranquility within themselves. To define Mindfulness in the most basic sense; is conscious willingness towards bettering your mind in connection with your thoughts and feelings.

We are allowing ourselves to relax and be more present and intentional. For example, people who are mindful tend to be less reactive. They don’t allow their feelings to dictate their reactions.

You can be mindful a dozen times during the day. This can be done by simply stopping anything you’re doing, taking deep breaths, closing your eyes, and being positive.

People tend to associate mindfulness with meditation – however it is not the same thing. Practicing mindfulness exercises can be done anywhere, throughout the day, and for a small amount of time, like as little as 5 seconds.

You can still be productive with this in less than a minute. Mindful meditation takes a little more time and dedication. It’s all about having a calm and peaceful environment away from any distractions.

Since we’re all staying at home, it might be a bit more challenging not to be interrupted by anyone. However, if you can make it work, you can sit on the floor, sit on a chair, or on your bed. It’s completely up to you. When you practice this you want to:

  1. Sit in the cross-logged “easy pose”
  2. Rest your hands in your lap or on your knees
  3. Take long deep breaths with deep exhales
  4. Focus on the things you want to bring into your life
  5. Feel the positivity and emotions as you do this process

Clear Your Mind Of Negativity

On any given day your brain is processing thousands of bits of information a second. Keeping your mind clear is absolutely essential to maintaining a healthy well-balanced perspective. Here are 5 ways to clear your mind of negativity.

  1. Turn off the television
Media and the television industry are relentless. There is constant fear-mongering, commercial advertising, and all sorts of shows that can make you feel worse.
  2. Limit your time on social media
Put the phone down! You might as well be watching Television.
  3. Keep a clean surrounding
Feng shui is the ancient Chinese practice of organizing and minimizing your surroundings so that you can feel more clear and harmonious. Related article: What Is Feng Shui: Top Tips To Create Balance In Your Home
  4. Meditate
Meditation is used by millions of people every day. It's a great way to connect your mind, body, and spirit. It's about relaxation, producing positive alpha waves, and maintaining a strong mindset.
  5. Exercise
Exercise releases stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. It’s replaced by endorphins and those positive feelings move all throughout the body making you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Stay At Home And Be Productive

Unfortunately, the world is in a crisis. We already know this.

There are many different ways we can react to this.

We can let fear, worry, and panic set in.

We can focus on the negative and drive ourselves deeper down the rabbit hole of anxiety and worry.

Or, we can choose to focus on ourselves and use this time wisely and be productive with our time.

We can boost our manifesting power by finally doing a vision board.

Some also know this as a dream board. Find your favorite magazines and cut out pictures of the people, possessions, or philosophies you’d like to attract into your life.

We can read books and absorb knowledge, start a new hobby, and plan out our lives. Take advantage of being at home and be productive.

Practice Positive Visualization

Positive visualization is the most rewarding and beneficial when you are meditating. Again, this is because it takes a bit more focus and concentration to do this exercise successfully and be productive. Positive visualization is the core of the manifestation process. This is when we start to imagine positive things and positive emotions flowing into our leaves. We not only think, but we feel.

To maximize the effectiveness of this process we need to imagine every detail. For example, if you’re thinking about manifesting wealth and prosperity with your own business, you want to imagine what the office looks like.

You want to imagine walking through the door, the hallway, and into your very own corner office. What does it smell like? What does it feel like to be at the top?

Let it fill you with positivity and happiness. Keeping a dream board close by so that you can copy those images into your mind will be very helpful in this process.

Supercharge Your Manifesting Power With Your Heart Energy

In self-isolation supercharge your manifesting power, you want to focus your heart energy. There is an electromagnetic force within the entire human body, and the heart produces an electrical field that is 60 times greater than the electromagnetic force of the brain.

When we do this process we want to use our intention point to zero in on your heart. Our intention point is at the center of our manifesting power.

It contains all of our positive energy and desires to bring about the fullness of the manifestation process. When your intention is not turned all the way up, your manifestation will become weaker. So focus your heart, your mind, and your soul, and you will receive manifestations beyond your wildest imagination.
