3. Learn To Let Negative Emotions Go

Negative energy FEEDS on negative emotions.

The thing is, it’s normal and okay to sometimes feel sad, angry, or frustrated.

But the problem is when you don’t deal with these negative emotions and they start to fester… making you feel down for prolonged periods of time.

For instance, if you are always thinking badly about your job, chances are you are going to feel miserable every day at work. And your motivation, satisfaction, and work relationships will suffer as a result.
