2. Seek Out People Who Ground You

3. Focus On What You Want To Receive

5. Accept Or Disengage
If the uncertainty you feel relates to the past then you are wasting time and energy trying to change something that is fixed. Instead, think about how to transform your future, either accepting or disengaging from the present context.
In the former case, you need to find a way to release any toxic emotions you feel. In the latter, you exert the power you do have and remove yourself from what’s causing distress (e.g. a bad working environment or negative relationship).

6. Tune Into Certainty
Finally, which uncertainty and adversity are key ingredients of change, you also need to be able to ground yourself when anxiety rises. One of the best ways to do this is to make a list of the things you can be certain of, focusing as much as possible on what you can count on in yourself (e.g. particular traits and skills that will always be accessible to you).
