Do you have control of your life? Science shows that everything is made of energy and vibrates at its own frequency. Your computer, your coffee cup, and your slippers consist of dense energy.
Less compact energy is all around you, but cannot be seen. You yourself have a frequency. Hence, when people report that someone has good or bad vibes they are referring to that person's frequency. However, your vibrational state is not constant as it is influenced by your thoughts. What you think about and focus upon alters the vibrational wavelengths that you send into the world. There are various important reasons why you might want to take control of your frequency.
To start with, your vibration affects your interactions with others and your behavior. Furthermore, your vibrational state is responsible for attracting situations, experiences, and people into your life. 1. Corresponding Vibrations
Spending time under the influence of the vibrational frequency that you wish to emulate is one way of achieving your aim.
For instance, if you need to feel calm, and so want to adopt calming brainwaves, you can spend time in a tranquil environment. A beautiful landscape, the beach, the countryside or a peaceful garden might alter your mental state and thus your vibrations.
If you wanted to use corresponding vibrations to aid vitality, you might arrange to be with energetic, enthusiastic people. Alternatively, you could play upbeat music, enter a lively environment or listen to brainwave entrainment.

Exhale for a slightly longer period than you took when you inhaled and repressed emotions will flow out of your system. Taking continuous breaths, which means that there is no gap between inhaling and exhaling, can aid emotional balance and release negativity. However, inhale and exhale at a comfortable pace rather than quickly or incredibly slowly.
7. Set Your Frequency Every Morning
Setting your frequency in the morning can influence your day in a positive manner.
If you want to be energetic and focused on a task, visualize yourself carrying out the job in question successfully before you get out of bed. Picture the scenario clearly, filling it with color and vibrancy. Imagine how you will feel as the task progresses and you accomplish your goal.
You could also listen to music that makes you feel alert and happy and eat food that gives you energy via the frequency of healthy nutrients. At the same time, you can be mindful of what you say because your words carry a vibration of their own. If your words are negative, your vibration will also become negative. Use positive words when communicating with others and you will influence your mood.
Although it may not always feel like it, you are in charge of your vibrational frequency. Events can happen to you, but how you respond is up to you. If you choose to react negatively, your vibrational energy will drop. Decide to send out good vibes and your experience of any situation will stem from balanced emotions and a constructive outlook.
